"I’ve always had a passion for technology and repairs," says Haider. "During my studies, I worked at a computer shop where I learned a lot about hardware and software. Later, I moved into the networking field and eventually ended up at companies that specialized in phone and laptop repairs. That’s where I gained deep technical knowledge — and experience in managing teams."


At one point, Haider was doing everything except the administration. That’s when he knew: it was time for the next step. With a solid plan, a clear vision, and the patience to wait for the right location, Mobilefix was born.

From three separate systems to one integrated process

Before switching to Repender, Mobilefix used three different systems: a manual intake form at the counter, an online booking tool, and separate software for tracking repairs.“You had to fill in everything by hand. Sometimes details were noted incorrectly, or the form would go missing. We used stickers, wrote everything down manually, and then had to re-enter it into the register. Three systems meant three times the risk of mistakes.”That’s all history with Repender. “Whether a customer books online, calls us, or simply walks in — everything goes straight into Repender. You immediately print a receipt and a label, and all the information is clearly organized in one system.”

 “It saves us a huge amount of time not having to update prices manually anymore. New devices are added automatically, and with just one click, we can notify the customer when a repair is completed. Due to our direct influence on the production process, we have full confidence in the quality. Therefore, we offer extensive warranty coverage on these screens: even damage inside the screen (which is normally not covered) is included. However, if damage is visible to the naked eye, whether inside or outside, the warranty becomes void. Our FDX Elite screen has an FHD+ resolution and will be the most expensive option due to its added value and extensive warranty. With this quality and service, we aim to provide a worry-free experience for our customers.

FDX PRIME
FDX Prime represents the standard in-cell quality, purchased directly from the manufacturer, just like other suppliers in the market. The choice of manufacturer depends on the quality of the production batch, and the products meet the highest in-cell quality standards in the market. FDX Prime screens have an FHD resolution and come with a regular factory warranty. This means that damage to the interior of the screen is not covered.
